| How Do I Join? |
| Simply click the join now button in the left hand menu and fill in the simple form. We will then send you a verification email that you must click the link contained before you are able to login. |
| I Joined But Did Not Get My Activation Email? |
| This is because your email program is filtering out our email address, You should check your junk email folder or if its not there you can add our email support@thetraffichouse.com to your whitelist/safe senders list or address book and then click the resend activation link on the login page. |
| I Cant Delete A Site? |
| This is more than likely because 1) You only have one site and you need a minimum of one. 2)Because your site has a % of earned credits autoassigned to it. Click assign hits to sites and move the auto assign % to another site. |
| How Do I Remove My Account? |
| If for some reason you no longer want to hold an account with us you can remove yourself by logging in and clicking delete account. This is the only way to be removed. You will need to enter your password to confirm removal. You will also need to login manually to your Safepay or Paypal account and cancel any subscriptions you may have with us as we can not do this and Paypal or Safepay will keep sending us the money. Please not once your account has been processed for that month we are unable to refund any monies so do not forget to cancel that subscription should you delete your account. |
